Festival of Azerbaijani films in Armenia failed

Georgi Vanian, festival organizer, chairman of the Caucasian Centre for Peace Initiatives, told Azatutyun radio station that the owner of the hall refused to land it for display of movies at the last moment.

Azerbaijani Film Festival was planned to be held in Yerevan on November 12. Vanian said earlier that the festival would create a great opportunity to get to know better the finest examples of Azerbaijani's modern art. "The festival is a space for straight and honest conversations," he added.
