Russian border troops officer killed in car accident in Armenia

Officer of Russian border troops has been killed in Armenia as a result of a road accident.

"Mitsubishi Montero" driven by head of border management department of Russia’s Federal Security Bureau in Armenia, 36-year old Lieutenant Colonel Suren Petrosyan slid from the roadway and overturned.

The accident occurred on 69 km of the road leading from Yerevan to Gyumri. An investigation is underway.
