Armenian media: Garegin II asked Armenian president to return Mubariz Ibrahimov's body to Azerbaijan

According to Armenian media, Armenia’s Holy Echmiadzin has issued a statement which says Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II held a meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, during which the Catholicos asked him to assist in returning the body of National Hero of Azerbaijan Mubariz Ibrahimov to the Azerbaijani side.

Earlier, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade appealed to Karekin II through Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kiril to provide assistance in this matter. Garegin II met with the Armenian leader for this purpose.
