Iranian FM: Issue on nuclear fuel exchange is still open

Mottaki added, that Iran had discussed this issue with the participants of the meeting, held in Vienna, directly or through mediation, and presented them a model for the fuel exchange, so the Iran's position is known to them.

The participants of the Vienna meeting should wish to resolve this issue soon to perform the exchange scheme, he said.

He invited the U.S. and other Western countries to participate in a conference on nuclear disarmament, which will be held in Tehran Apr.16-17.

"I invite the Western countries to put aside double standards and to approach to this issue impartiality and constructive "he said.
