Pakistan deports seven Turkish citizens

Pakistan has deported seven Turkish citizens who were arrested by the security agencies on various charges, Pakistani newspaper reported.
Dawn said, "the fresh batch of seven Turkish nationals was brought to Benazir Bhutto International Airport amid tight security and handed over to the Turkish authorities on Tuesday morning."

"Later, they were deported back to Istanbul on a Pakistan International Airline flight PK-761," a source told the daily, without naming it.

The report quoted "official sources" as saying, "that several foreign nationals have been captured by the security agencies on their alleged links with militant groups and majority of whom have been deported to their respective countries."

Pakistan earlier had deported ten Turks from Islamabad last Saturday.
