Iran distributes free H1N1 vaccine

Iran health ministry is to distribute free vaccination against H1N1 (swine) flu among medical centers of universities.
The country’s committee for H1N1 discussed the distribution process, price of imported vaccine supplies.

The head of infection diseases association told ILNA that free vaccines will be distributed among patients.

The vaccine will be injected to risky groups including pregnant women, heart disease, lung, kidney, patients and AIDS patients, people under 19, active cancer, liver cirrhosis, uncontrolled diabetes, Thalassemia and obesity and patients with respiratory problems.

She added the health ministry will distribute vaccine supplies to medical universities across the country.
