Leader of the Movement for Fair Georgia, former Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli will not participate in local elections and will not run for Tbilisi mayor.
This was stated at his meeting with Jvari villagers in the Samegrelo region. "However, I will coordinate my party's campaign," he said.
Nogaideli asked the public to call them to take power into their own hands through an election. He said he would not tolerate election fraud.
Nogaideli told about the goals and objectives of his party and how to achieve national unity. "We are taking steps to unite Georgia and we will achieve our goal," he said speaking about the results of his recent visit to Moscow.
"We start a new liberation movement, which will be based on national unity in Georgia," he added.
