
A tender on the of Istanbul's yacht port privatization finished in Turkey on July 26, Sabah newspaper said today.
According to the newspaper, "Sembol Uluslararas? Yat?r?m-Ekopark Turizm-Fine Otelcilik" joint venture won the tender. It offered $1.3 billion for the port.
Such companies as "Cengiz ?n?aat-Taca" and "?n?aat-Galeri Kristal" participated in the tender.
Two five-star hotels, restaurants and shops located in the port area were put up for privatization as a part of the tender.
The company which won the tender will manage the port for 49 years.
