Saakashvili brakes his shoulder during bike accident

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili fractured his shoulder while on a working visit to Turkey. According to Georgia's Presidential Administration, Saakashvili was injured during a daily bike ride.

Meanwhile, according to the Turkish media, Saakashvili collided with a trailer during a bike ride. The president was taken to Istanbul, where he is now receiving medical treatment.

Saakashvili's all previously scheduled meetings were postponed due to the injury.

The President of Georgia met with the Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdo?an on Saturday, and was planning to meet with Turkish President Abdullah Gül.

The meeting will now take place on Tuesday.
