A meeting between Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili will be held in one of the residences in the Georgian State Chancellery on Monday. As Georgian government told Trend, the meeting will be closed to media and only a photo and video recording of the meeting will be made.
Saakashvili and Ivanishvili will meet for a second time after the change of power in Georgia on Oct.1, 2012.
It should be noted that the first meeting was held at the presidential palace.
The main issue of the negotiations will be constitutional reforms, which should limit the right of the president to dissolve the parliament and the government. The President intends to demand the new government not to prosecute former officials.
