Iran's President Mahmud Ahmadinejad, heading a delegation, arrived in the western province of Kermanshah Monday morning to inaugurate several development projects, IRNA reported.
Upon arrival, the President and his entourage were warmly welcomed by a number of local officials.
President Ahmadinejad is to officially inaugurate the construction operation of Qasr-e Shirin-Khosravi railroad.
The 300-km railway will connect Malayer in Hamedan province to the border city of Khosravi in Kermanshah province.
The President will also inaugurate construction projects of Zagros power plant as well as 5,000 residential units in this western province.
