Strong earthquake hits Georgia

A strong earthquake took place in Georgia at 8:40 local time on Monday.

According to the Seismological Monitoring Center of Georgia, the epicenter of 5.7-point tremors was in Dedoplistsqaro town in the east of the country.

No report is available on destruction and victims yet. Tbilisi felt tremors at 4 points.
