A presentation of Lasika the first Georgian military machine will be held this week, Georgian president, Mikheil Saakashvili said, speaking to the Georgian military in Afghanistan in Helmand province.

Saakashvili said the Georgian armed forces are developing, and the Georgian military equipment is being created. Saakashvili noted that there will be more than 100,000 trained reservists in Georgia by the end of spring.

"We released the APC Didgori, produce cars, other equipment. Almost from scratch in a very short time we have established their production in order to help our armed forces by local resources. Of course, we continue to work with our partners to once and for all put an end to attempts of our enemies to isolate Georgia, including in this area," Saakashvili said.
