Azerbaijani Presidential Administration: Azerbaijan is safe for embassy employees

There is no threat not only for embassy employees in Azerbaijan, but in general for foreigners residing in the country, Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Social and Political Department head Ali Hasanov told Trend.

"Social and political life, criminogenic situation in Azerbaijan is stable and under the state control. But every embassy, every state has its own security criteria and they have the right to warn its citizens based on these criteria," Hasanov said.

The U.S. Department of State, British and Israeli ministries addressed to their citizens to be careful and vigilant in public places in Azerbaijan.
