US analysts: Azerbaijan plays an incredible role in future US-EU Energy Cooperation

Azerbaijan plays an incredible role on the future of US-EU Energy Cooperation, said international analysts at the event hold by Washington DC based Woodrow Wilson Center, on February 9th, APA’s Washington DC correspondent reports.

Ulrich Eckle, principal administrator of European Commission, Jeffery Piper, Desk officer USA and Ukraine at the European Commission; and Alexandros Petersen, Adviser on European Energy Security Initiative at the Woodrow Wilson Center were at the event.

“By serving as the corridor through which eastern Caspian resources, including those of Uzbekistan, can reach world markets, Azerbaijan can contribute significantly to global energy security”, the analysts mentioned.
