
Azerbaijan and Georgia discussed prospects of development of relations in the spheres of science, education, culture and humanitarian sphere.
Azerbaijani Deputy Parliamentary Speaker Bahar Muradova and Rector of the International Black Sea University, Chairman of the Georgia- Azerbaijan Friendship House Giuli Alasania, discussed the situation in the South Caucasus, the parliament said.
The same position of Azerbaijani and Georgian delegations voiced at the international organizations is an example of high-level partnerships between the two countries, Muradova said. According to her, the friendly and fraternal relations between our two peoples have ancient historical roots.
Our peoples have always had good-neighborly and friendly relations, Alasania said stressing that Georgia has always felt the support of Azerbaijan.
