Concert marking 10th anniversary of Azerbaijan's CoE membership held in Strasbourg

Prior to the concert, representative of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe Arif Mammadov spoke at the ceremony, saying Azerbaijan has passed a difficult path before joining the organization. He noted Azerbaijan became a CoE full member thanks to the forward-looking policy of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The concert was accompanied by slideshow featuring the nature of Azerbaijan, historical monuments and sights of Baku.

The concert was attended by officials of the Strasbourg city municipality and Council of Europe, general public of Strasbourg, representatives of diplomatic missions, members of the Azerbaijani delegation, Diaspora activist and Azerbaijani students.
