OSCE / ODIHR issues report on parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) issued a final report on the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections held in November, the organization's website reported.

The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan were held on Nov.7, 2010. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan were held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
