Azerbaijan's President congratulates Australian Governor-General on country's national holiday

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to Governor-General of Australia, Mrs. Quentin Bryce on her country's national holiday, the Australia Day.

In the letter, President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that “Our efforts to strengthen Azerbaijan-Australia friendly relations will open up new opportunities for developing cooperation”.

President Ilham Aliyev extended best regards to Mrs. Quentin Bryce and wished the friendly people of Australia peace and prosperity.
