Ilham Aliyev received Peter Semneby

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received EU special representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby.

They stressed the importance of President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso`s visit to Baku in terms of development relations between Azerbaijan and the European Union.

They exchanged views on settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and current state of and prospects for cooperation between the country and the organization.
