EU: Ceasefire regime between Armenia and Azerbaijan must be strengthened

EU  Special Representative for South Caucasus Peter Semneby believes it is necessary to strengthen the ceasefire regime between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"The EU remains concerned over the violation of the ceasefire on the contact line of the Armenian and Azerbaijani troops, and every incident shows the need to undertake greater efforts to resolve the conflict," Semneby told journalists in Baku on Monday.

He said the ceasefire regime on the frontline must be strengthened until the complete settlement of the conflict.
