PACE President: Azerbaijan achieved significant progress at time of membership in Council of Europe

Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) President Movlud Cavusoglu said Azerbaijan has achieved a significant progress during the period of membership in the Council of Europe.

"We welcome the 10th anniversary of Azerbaijan's membership in the Council of Europe," he said. "There is no doubt that over the past ten years the PACE has contributed to promote democracy in Azerbaijan."
