Tenure of special representative of Council of Europe Secretary General to Azerbaijan expires

The tenure of Veronika Kotek, special representative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe to Azerbaijan, has expired.

Veronika Kotek left Azerbaijan last month. She is working at the secretariat of the Council of Europe. The new special representative will be appointed in February. Veronika Kotek had held this post since June 10, 2008.
