NATO and US military experts to visit Azerbaijan

US experts will visit Azerbaijan on January 5 to survey NATO support to the military education and training reforms in Azerbaijan, press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan told APA. The visit will be paid within the Azerbaijan-NATO Individual Partnership Plan.

According to the plan, series of courses, including German language, officers’ training and armored troops will be held in Hurt, Germany. According to the Azerbaijan-UK bilateral cooperation program, instructor course on International Peacekeeping Operations will be held in the Czech Republic on January 10, 2011.

On January 10, 2011, staff course for the young officers will be organized in Vilnius within the Azerbaijan-Lithuania bilateral cooperation plan. Military English courses will be held in Budapest, Hungary and York, Britain, as well as VERITY working meeting in Brussels on January 12.
