Kazakh ambassador considers OSCE summit in Astana successful for Azerbaijan

“For the first time OSCE summit has taken place in the country which is on junction of Europe and Asia - in Kazakhstan. 11 years after the last summit in Istanbul, Kazakhstan could finally organize a forum at home", the diplomat underlined.

The Ambassador said that many documents at the summit in Astana at times were accepted hardly and therefore Kazakhstan had to make great efforts for this purpose.

The diplomat noted that Kazakhstan always supported Azerbaijan in the various international organizations, including OSCE, the CIS, the Council of Turkish Speaking states, etc.

Acceptance at the summit of the Joint Statement by presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia and representatives of the countries of cochairmen became a certain motion on the way of settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict”, he stressed.
