"Appointment of ambassador to Azerbaijan is in Senate's hand"

“Appointment of US new ambassador to Azerbaijan is still at the same stage”, Public Relations Officer of the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan Terry Davidson told journalists.

He reminded that appointment of the ambassador to Azerbaijan is in the Senate’s hand.

“Now we are waiting for the ambassador to be confirmed. But the date of ambassador’s appointment is not in my competence,” Davidson added.
