President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received EU special representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby. They exchanged views over a number of issues, including current state between Azerbaijan and the EU, settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno Karabakh.
