President Ilham Aliyev heads to Portugal for NATO summit

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today left for Lisbon, Portugal to attend the NATO Summit. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
