Azerbaijani President offers Proclamation Day greetings to Latvian counterpart

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to his Latvian counterpart Valdis Zatlers on the country`s national holiday - Proclamation of the Republic of Latvia.

The letter reads: “The current state of Azerbaijan-Latvia relations are satisfactory. I`m sure we will continue joint efforts to strengthen intergovermnetal relations, friendly ties and to expand all fields of cooperation”.

President Ilham Aliyev wished Valdis Zatlers “robust health and successes in your activities,” and “the friendly people of Latvia peace and prosperity.”
