Azerbaijan's Independence Day marked in New York

New York has hosted a celebrative event on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of Azerbaijan's Independence Day.
Speaking to the event, head of Azerbaijani permanent representation to the UN Agshin Mehdiyev gave information on Azerbaijan's international influence and its political and economic leadership in the region.

On the occasion, the flags of Azerbaijan and the US have been hung over the Broadway Street.
