President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Mark Rutte on appointment as Dutch Premier

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to Mark Rutte on appointment as Prime Minister of the Netherlands. The President said in the letter that the Azerbaijan-Netherlands relations, comprehensive friendly and cooperative ties would continue to develop and deepen in line with the interests of the two countries' peoples.

President Ilham Aliyev wished Mark Rutte robust health, happiness and successes in his further activity for the welfare of the Dutch people.
