Members of PACE Special Committee's pre-election mission arrive in Baku

Members of PACE Special Committee's pre-election mission on observation of the November 7 parliamentary elections have arrived in Baku. During the visit, they will monitor the pre-election situation in the country and conduct meetings in the Central Election Commission, Constitutional Court and Interior Ministry.

They will also meet representatives of political parties, NGOs and mass media. The visit will end on October 22.
