Azerbaijani Parliament ends discussions over 2011 state budget bill

The Members of Parliament discussed the bill on Azerbaijan’s State Budget for 2011. MP Musa Guliyev noted that they approved the increasing of social spending in state budget by 33%. Appreciating the state budget MP Aydin Mirzezadeh noted that salaries of teachers and doctor have to be increased.

MP Yevda Abramov spoke about the opposition MPs who was criticizing the project during the discussion. He called the MPs criticizing the project to pay attention to their around.

MP Shamsaddin Hajiyev noted that the project was developed in accordance to the scientific forecasts.

MP Eldar Ibrahimov says that they appraise the increasing of allocations for agriculture. MP Ganira Pashayeva offered to increase the allocations for giving of social mortgage. MP Arzu Samadbayli accused the opposition MPs who was criticizing the project during the discussion of making speech without any comparison.

Other MPs spoke about the current problems in their circles and offered to finance the several problems in the area by the state budget. According to Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov the questions about the budget classification are not wrong: “Perhaps, the amendments will be made in the classifications.”

Then the Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev answered the MP’s questions. The project will be submitted to parliament to be approved after 10 days.
