Azerbaijan, Russia and Kazakhstan carry out special operation in Caspian Sea

The frontier guards of Azerbaijan, Russia and Kazakhstan are carrying out a special international operation in Astrakhan section of the Caspian Sea to combat bio-pirates. According to Russian mass media, 50 nets, other things used for fishing were found and confiscated as a result of the joint operation. 12 have been detained over the violation of border, 11 criminal cases have been launched on the fact of poaching.
