Azerbaijani president offers condolences to his Romanian counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to Romanian President Traian Basescu on the death of his mother, Elena Basescu, AzerTAc state news agency reported.

"In connection with this terrible loss, I share Your grief, express You, all members of Your family deepest condolences," the letter says.
