Iranian top official arrives in Azerbaijan

Head of the Iranian Presidential Apparatus' department for control over economic issues and Assistant to Iranian Vice-President Aliaga Mohammadi has arrived in Azerbaijan with a three-day visit. During the visit, Mohammadi will mull issues of the Iran-Azerbaijan cooperation in economic sphere, Iran's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammad Bagir Behrami said in an interview with Trend.

During his visit, Mohammadi will be accompanied by the head of Bank Melli (National Bank of Iran), head of the bank "Tose Saderat "(Export Development Bank) and the head of the National Gas Company.

Behrami said Mohammadi is expected to meet with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev, Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov, Emergency Situations Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov and Industry and Energy Minister Natig Aliyev.
