CIS youth symphonic orchestra tour starts in Astana

The performance of CIS Youth Symphonic Orchestra conducted by maestro Vladimir Spivakov has been given a 15-minute ovation in Astana, capital of Kazakhstan. The Orchestra will also perform in Ashkhabad, Baku, Yerevan, Kyiv and Moscow.

The program includes works by the wolrd`s outstanding composers, including Verdi, Paganini, Tchaikovsky, Sen-Sans and Bizet. This year`s tour involves 94 young musicians from CIS countries and Georgia. The orchestra was founded by the CIS Humanitarian Cooperation Council and its Interstate Fund.
