"Turkmenistan does not intend to spoil fraternal relations with Azerbaijan"

Turkmenistan has no intention of spoiling its congenial relations with Azerbaijan, Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov said at a news conference during the tenth summit of Turkic-speaking countries in Istanbul today, the TRT Haber television channel reported. Berdimuhammedov stressed that Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan may disagree over the status of the Caspian Sea, "but we will not allow these differences to affect our bilateral relations."
