Head of OSCE short-term observers mission at parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan appointed

OSCE chairman-in office has appointed OSCE PA Vice President Wolfgang Grossruck head of the Organization's short-term observers mission to the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, the OSCE said.

The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for early November. The OSCE plans to send 450 observers to Azerbaijan, 50 of which are short-term.
