The Central Election Commission's (CEC) system on consideration of electoral complaints proves effective, the CEC Secretary Natig Mammadov said today.

"The main condition is to ensure rights, non-violation of electoral law and restoration the violated rights under the law. The system proves effective from this point of view," Mammadov said.
The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for early November 2010. According to a list provided by the Azerbaijani Central Electoral Commission, the number of voters residing in the country totals 4,829,000.
