Azerbaijan's two opposition parties have created an electoral bloc under title "Garabagh".

Today chairman of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) Sardar Jalaloglu and the Umid Party Chairman Iqbal Aghazadeh held a press conference on their joint participation in the elections at the Umid Party's headquarters.
Jalaloglu said today a joint meeting of board members of the DPA and the Umid Party was held. It was decided to launch "Garabagh" electoral bloc at the meeting.
According to Jalaloglu, there are no restrictions for other parties wishing to be represented in the bloc.
Aghazadeh said that a working group will be created to hold meeting every week.
After the press conference Jalaloglu noted that the parties agreed on the candidates on 91 constituencies.
"Negotiations were held to create a bloc with the Citizens and Development Party and Liberal Party, but serious problems revealed during the negotiations impeded creation of this bloc," Jalaloglu said.
Azerbaijan will hold parliamentary elections in early November.
