CoE Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland to visit Azerbaijan

Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland will visit Azerbaijan next month.
He will attend an international conference on the problems of youth of Europe. Jagland will also meet Azerbaijani officials and representatives of NGOs to discuss to democracy and reforms as well as upcoming parliamentary elections.
