Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby, the AzerTac state news agency reported. They discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union, and settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
