Peter Semneby has arrived in Azerbaijan - UPDATE

EU Special Representative for South Caucasus Peter Semneby has arrived in Baku, Trend journalist reported from the Baku Heydar Aliyev Airport. Semneby's visit will run from June 29 to July 1. During the visit, Semneby is expected to meet with the Azerbaijani leadership and discuss topical issues, including progress in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan scheduled for early November, energy issues and cooperation with the EU.

Today, the visit of Peter Semneby, special EU representative on South Caucasus starts in Azerbaijan. Reportedly, in Baku, Semneby is to discuss the latest movements on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with Azerbaijani officials, as well as parliamentary elections, energy related issues, and other questions.
