Ilham Aliyev offers congratulations to newly elected Philippines president

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today sent a letter of congratulation to Benigno Aquino III on his election as President of the Philippines.
In his letter, the President expressed confidence “friendly and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and the Philippines will continue developing and enhancing for the prosperity of our peoples”.

President Ilham Aliyev wished Benigno Aquino III robust health, happiness and successes in his activity for the prosperity of the people of the Philippines.
