Azerbaijan's presidential administration: We are prepared for dialogue despite the difficulties in South Caucasus

Azerbaijan is ready for dialogue, despite difficulties in the South Caucasus, Elnur Aslanov, chief of the political analysis and information department of Azerbaijan's Presidential Administration, said in Moscow on May 20.

Scientific-practical conference is held in Moscow with the support of the Centre for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan, History Department of Moscow State University, Russian State Humanitarian University, Centre for topical research "Alternative" (Kazakhstan). Participants discuss the problems of the regional situation, perspective projects on research and analytical collaboration between expert communities of both countries.
