New ambassador to Libya from Azerbaijan appointed

On May 5, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree appointing Agasalim Shukurov ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Libya, AzerTAc state news agency reported.Upon another decree, President conferred diplomatic rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary upon Agasalim Shukurov.
