Azerbaijan's general consul in Kars appointed

By the decree of Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliev, Aykhan Firudin oglu Suleymanov has been appointed general consul of Azerbaijan in Kars city of Turkey, AzerTAc state news agency reported on Tuesday.

By another decree of the president, Aykhan Firudin oglu Suleymanov have been withdrawn from the position of general consul of Azerbaijan in Tabriz city of iran.
