Azerbaijani president confers "Dostlug" order to Adel Abdullah al-Falah

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order conferring “Dostlug” Order (“Friendship”) to Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Adel Abdullah Al-Falah for his contributions to strengthening of friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Kuwait.
