Azerbaijani FM receives Italian deputy minister for economic development

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Italian Deputy Minister for Economic Development Adolfo Urso, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.

Noting the high level of bilateral economic relations, Italian Deputy Minister said that Azerbaijan has become a reliable partner in the region. Urso expressed interest in intensification of cooperation with Azerbaijan in all spheres of the economy.

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister stressed the importance of implementing specific projects to further deepen cooperation between the two countries. He also noted the need for cooperation in non-oil sector, particularly in the areas of agriculture, tourism and others.
